Gül Yildirim
Junior Associate
Gül Yildirim is a junior associate at Alma LED Lux and works in Business Law and Litigation fields.
Before joining Alma LED Lux, Gül worked as a legal officer in corporate law and tax law for various companies, operating in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Today, Gül assists Federico Venturini and Stefano Tesone with advisory activities concerning corporate law and negotiation of commercial and real estate contracts. She also provides support in the preparation of various litigation cases.
Gül is currently enrolled on the complementary courses in Luxembourg law, with ambition to become a lawyer and to be admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
