Federico is Managing Partner of Alma Lux and Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg.
Federico started his career in Italy, working in the Corporate & Finance department of one of the largest independent law firms and conducting academic research in the same fields.
After successfully transitioning a decade ago to the Luxembourg legal environment working in some of the most important Luxembourg firms, Federico advises local and international clients on corporate/M&A, private equity and financial matters. Federico also assists his clients in civil and financial disputes before the Luxembourg courts.
Federico is an Italian native speaker; he is fluent in French and in English and has a basic knowledge of Luxembourgish.
