Stefano Tesone

Stefano Tesone is a strategic partner of Alma LED Lux in Real Estate law, Commercial law and Litigation.

Before starting his relationship with Alma LED Lux, Stefano practiced in the real estate, litigation, and commercial law departments of a major local firm.

Stefano has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and M&A transactions involving real estate asset-holding companies. He advises a varied institutional clientele (investment funds, property/asset managers, and construction companies), guiding them through the negotiation and drafting of key contracts that mark the lifecycle of a real estate project, from inception to delivery and operation (real estate development, construction and subcontracting contracts, professional and commercial leases).

In commercial law, Stefano regularly advises foreign companies aiming to expand their activities into Luxembourg. He is also actively engaged in negotiating commercial contracts (B2B and B2C), especially in the large-scale distribution sector.

Besides his advisory work, Stefano assists in civil, commercial, or administrative legal proceedings in a wide range of corporate and business litigations. He is particularly skilled in handling complex cross-border cases. Among his main areas of practice, Stefano has developed a solid expertise in corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigations, director’s liability), as well as in real estate litigation (construction, leases). With a solid academic background in arbitration, Stefano also takes part in arbitration proceedings (ICC, LAC) or in the enforcement of arbitration awards.
